1. you cannot change or fix people
2. never settle
3. people will disappoint you and hurt you time and time again but this is not a reason to become cold and hard 
4. you will find what you’re looking for the second you stop looking
5. you were never in truly in love with a person’s true soul if you fall out of love with them 
6. the universe will bring the right people into your life when you’re ready 
7. sometimes you already know these people but you will get to know them in a different way when it’s time 
8. trust your intuition and let the pieces fall into place
9. jealousy is a drug and people will try to take away your sunshine
10. handling setbacks with grace and strength feels better than self indulgent pity and breakdowns
